Mascara, lipgloss, some natural eyeshadows, some blush. Eyeliner if you can do it well.

Maybe some concealer for those acne scars (Hard Candy Glamoflauge is $6 and can FOR SURE cover the scars) , mascara, a little blush and tinted lipbalm or lipgloss! :)
