Hi I wanted to do winged eye liner but should I do a cut crease? I'm buying the lipstick today to wear. I also have my new sexy black dress on. Just trying to figure out how to do my eye makeup. I want to do winged for sure. but should I do a cut crease? with brown/bronzey colors? like, half baked and copper from urban decay? Ideas, and pictures please. Also note, that I'm not that kind of natural nude type of chick and I don't have Makeup for that.

Black cat eye with a light shadow nothing too much because you're already playing up your mouth.

Silver looks amazing but it depends on the tone of the red lipstick as well. I prefer coppery/nude tones that help warm up the whole look, and I think it would look great with your black dress. Wing out your liner, put voluminous mascara on, and you will look stunning! Hope I helped, here's a picture for reference. :)
