Ladies,
Any idea why the hair dye washes out of my hair every time I wash it? I use color safe shampoo (its a 10) and (loreal color safe sulfate free) and the dye is not semi or demi.
I buy the color at sallys. So its not a box dye from a store like walmart or etc...
Help!

I actually have no idea from personally experience, but my friend dyes her hair red quite frequently bc she said that it always washes out faintly in the shower.. So it's normal.

Agree. Red is a high maintenance color. I had red hair for a year and it was tiring to keep. I just recently dyed my hair brown and I'm happy to not bleed the color out.

Because red hair is the hardest to keep. It's constantly fading. You've got to have a color depositing shampoo and conditioner.

Red is the first to fade and the last to leave completely! I love red hair but the maintenance is tricky. I always use avedas madder root color depositing conditioner when I have red in my hair. :)
