I've been subscribed for 2 months and I love it!! the products are great an well worth the $10 every month!! if your thinking about joining I would do it niw because there's usually a wait list. I waited for s month before I got mine!! here's a pic of the products I received thus month!

I am subscribed to ipsy and I give it a 7 out of 10. Only because most products aren't geared towards brown skinned girls, the samples they send out are really good and worthy the $10 price. I enjoy the makeup bags I receive. Last months bag was great!! Give it a try and if you don't like it you can cancel at anytime, I haven't received my bag just yet for this month.

Lavette, I agree that the products are not geared toward people of color. I was wondering if they took that into consideration since a beauty quiz/profile is part of the process. For me, it's been a great value.

I also think it's a great value. Both my cousins are full Tongan with dark skin and they haven't had any issues using the products they've received. But maybe with the new way they're customizing it will help with darker skin tones.

I loved ipsy but a downside can be the products not being geared to women of color which in that case you have to pick and choose what you wear and maybe give the other products to someone else who can enjoy them.

Ipsy is amazing. I have had it for 3 months now and have been able to use lots of the products. Others that I haven't cared for have been generous enough sizes to gift to friends which is nice. I just received my first top box today (Canada only subscription) and I was very disappointed with the value in comparison to ipsy. Or maybe ipsy just spoils me?
