A dress would be cute with some sandals or some shorts with a tank top and cardigan

If it's 72 in the day and you plan on dining out or going out to celebrate for the evening, I'd wear a shrug or cardigan as they are light and not cumbersome. Some comfortable sandals and wedges with a great pair of capris and a feminine blouse that exposes the collar bone would work beautifully.
