I think that no matter what body shape you have, you should feel confident enough to wear what you want. Personally I think having a curvy body is beautiful, so show it off! And put on those skinny jeans girl!

I agree with everyone on the point of confidence, but Sian, I can tell you somethng, you can wear skinny jeans but only with some long top, which wil cover your back or do one thng, buy some vertical stripe oriented jeans. please no flared jeans, it reminds me janis joplin, but its 2013 nt 1970 ryt, now rock the world lyk a hurricane.

I think they can look good on any shape you just need to work out how to style them in a way that flatters your shape. If you feel self conscious you could try black skinny jeans with heels with a nice top or any other darker colour.

I can realate to you. lol but I think skinny jeans look nice. the other day I went to Papaya bc I was looking for jeans. & they have some that are really confortable & I like the way they fit. but I would say if you feel comfortable with them, then wear them. (:

Ughh and I hate it...when you take those fashion quizzes and they say...bootcut or flare jeans are good for my shape. umm I'm only 5'2 nooo bootcut or flare look good. wear those skinny jeans girl!! wooohoooo!

Has anyone quoted Sir Mix-a-lot yet? I'm ample in the booty department and often wear skinny jeans. I cuff them up and pair them with sexy heels, Iron Fist flats or Doc Martens. BOOTY POP!

I've got a big booty and thighs and skinny jeans are all I have worn for around 9 years. Embrace your curves, show them off! But only if you like skinny jeans. Don't wear something because it is what the style is.

Not at all I still wear wider leg sillouettes to balance out my curves and I'm more of an hourglass shape a little bigger than your size but I'm the same even straight leg jeans I don't like as much because they make my butt look bigger which I don't mind so much I like my big butt and so does my hubby :P but I don't like skinny jeans because normal jeans are uncomfortable enough now I have to squeeze my big butt into something that's going to hug every part of my leg? no thanks... but if you got the curves flaunt them I know skinny jeans look better with a pair of high heels and a tunic top try that and see if it helps
