Black shadow and a smudge brush would be the easiest way. thats how I do mine.

Liner on the waterline and upper lid then smudged under the eye.

She used a bronze color under on the bottom under her lash line and blended it for a smokey effect then used a brown eyeliner and blended that too.

Line you lash lines with a kohl pencil and then take a brush (smudge brush) and really blend the outer corners. Make sure you don't go to far up with the smudging because it'll turn into another look.
