Growing out eyebrows?

I don't really have a problem growing out my eyebrows in general, it's just that my right one has become way more sparser/thinner than my left one. No matter how long I grow them out for, my right one never seems to grow out fully (especially the hair at the top) and this is probably due to over plucking it. It just bothers me so much how one of them is perfect and the other one is blah so I always have to fill it in lol.
I've been using Vaseline on them before bed for the past couple weeks so far but other than that, does anyone have any tips or any product suggestions?

@aes I already do that but I just wanna feel less self-conscious about them in general when I don't have them filled in and for some reason I wanna start going natural with my eyebrows but thanks for the suggestion!
@vanessa I've heard about this actually and thought about buying it, I think I might use it as a last resort if I've lost all hope lol. Thanks :)
