Remember this as you do your makeup or other's and you feel the best you can feel about yourself or your work, not everyone will get it and not everyone will understand where your coming from but know that you have created your own art which is you and you create apart of you every time you are able to make up a face with your tools and skills. No one can take that away and no one can change that rule for you.Be proud of your Art whether or not it meets the norm :-)

It's funny because I hadn't self identified as an artist until somebody said to me "we're artists". Then I had to think on that for a while, but now I really get it and like to think "yes, I am an artist, I bring my own self to my work and my own aesthetic of beauty"!

Thank you for that Alma a lot of these ladies just need to be reminded that mistakes are ok and sometimes they aren't mistakes because they leaf to inspiration. I know when I stop focusing on "proper procedure" and just let my creativity flow, it usually ends up being my best looks.

That's right Alma! Nothing in life is meant to be perfect! It's difficult to embrace our individuality but it's what makes us all different! :)

Miss Jackie you are so gest at executing perfect technique. I have gotten better but I trend to get frustrated with myself sometimes when my technique falters do sometimes I just have to put down all expectations of perfection and then I start getting creative.

Omg Jackie if I couldn't put down technique sometimes nobody would ever let me do their makeup because I would be on the floor having a tantrum like a small child every few seconds. I'm really working on that.
