My school didnt have lockers, we either had to bring our kits back and forth or leave them in these cubby holes.
(I'm sorry I can't find my pics)
First things first never put the products directly on the table, always on a towel or something.
Then place the makeup in an order that will help you be quicker during application.
From left to right I usually starter with primers, fix+ then go to foundations concealers, brows and at the end have eyeshadows liners and lip/cheek color.
Set your station up in the order you apply it, it helps keep you from scrambling.
I'll definitely look for pics tho :)

I went to a vocational school and got my license at the end of May. We had lockers for our uniforms/books/etc. and we had cabinets we kept our kits in and put locks on our kits.
And you can purchase Barbicide at a store that sells professional products to licensed professionals and students. You'll need to take a school I'd or some kind of proof you're in beauty school. Here's the names of a couple places like that: cosmoprof, salon centric, I believe there's one run by the salon brand "Goldwell." They have these places everywhere. You just have to find them. I love shopping at places like that because they sell things way cheaper than salons.
