Help with eyeliner!

I've tried all eyeliners & I find I like the felt tip& liquid the best. Only onee problem I can NEVERRR get my wings even & looking like I want! I've watched tutorials, I've done it all I just can't get it right.. Help!!

Try using stencils there are a few tutorials On YouTube about them :)
