Its all based on your natural hair texture and curl pattern that you're already working with. There is no way to achieve this naturally...will have to get a perm using small rods.

I love your curls just the way they are! With your current length if you did get a perm using small rods the shrinkage alone will take away your length big time. Don't mess with perfection...I would further enhance your beautiful curls.
