I messed up my hair; how do I style it now?

I bleached my hair a few weeks ago, and it turned yellow. So, I went to the salon, and they fixed the color. Except now instead of shiny hair that falls perfectly I have messed up dry/damaged hair that I can't get to do anything. I'm now scared to use heat tools. It's too short to put in a bun or anything either. So how do you guys suggest I do my hair? Should I learn to French braid? Pony tail it forever? (Btw, that's a pretty good picture of it. Usually it's worse)

Use a light gel or mousse... products that won't make your hair stiff but will help keep the style you want! I would try using the smallest amount of gel on towel dry hair and letting it dry:]

Thanks guys. Is that a blue streak Jennifer? Cute. You can't see it but my hair has a pink streak.

Use a good hair mask once a week!
Also use damage treatments. (:

Purple shampoo or conditioner it's for toning brassy (yellow/orange) hair and making blonde hair lighter, you can find it at drugstores. I bought it from a drug store and it works pretty good,

It will keep the color blonde so you don't have to keep going back to the salon.

And deep condition it. Leave it in for an hour. You can use products meant for deep conditioning or just regular conditioner just put in damp or wet hair for about an hour. You could also try hot oil treatments.
