I like to use an angle brush with a bit of make up remover on it to clean up the line and make it precise, it works best with an oil free remover

@michelle that's happens to me a lot!! I hate it so much. And sometimes when I'm out doing somebody's makeup I just ask them if they would like to do their own makeup...lol.

I'm with Brittany. I just get rid of the liner, spot fix the eye shadow, and try again. Works like a charm.
