Should you buy the deluxe shadow box or the eyeliner from urban decay? I would use the neutrals on my eyes and the brights on my lower lash line for a pop of color, but there are only a few neural shades , but you so get a primer and the palette is 10.00$ and the eyeliner is 9.50$ he are pics, what do you think I should pick?
