Depends how fast your hair grows once you have close to an inch of regrowth you get them moved up.

Well maybe I should consider tape in... I've bought 2 sets of Remy clip in extensions and have had them for about 2 years... Maybe it's time I start saving up for some tape in extensions. If I wear mine daily, my scalp starts to hurt and it gets quite annoying. My only question is, it sounds like tape extensions might easily come out if tugged...

Do the tape in ones damage your hair? I used to use glue in and They thinned my hair really badly so now I use clip ins but I find the clips can stick out sometimes so tape could be the answer!

It would take a fair bit of tugging to pull the tape ins out and no they are a lot better for your hair than the glue ins.
