So just got the milk of magnesia, and too nervous to try it, so if I apply this on my face, would this prevent the oil on my skin?

Yup just dot it and spread it on the face, wait for it to dry then brush off any white streaks. It'll prevent oil on your face pretty much all day. However, it's high acidity so after awhile, your skin might be a little broken down and I've heard some people have breakouts. So before and after using it, be SURE to moisturize well! :)
