What's the best drug store facial cleanser?

Loreal has a great one. It's like a 2D lightbulb kinda shape..... And it comes with a little 'scrubby' thing. Ha, oh dear :S That was a terrible description.. Here's what it looks like

Yeah. Or Neutrogena, that brand has some great ones.

Simple line has two great cleansers....one is a gel formula and another is cream based. Under $6 bucks too.
