Get it cut. Do NOT use shampoo with sulfate in it. I recommend going to a salon and buying a sulfate free moisturizing shampoo. Also, you need to use a deep conditioner very often, possibly every time you wash your hair. Personally, my favorite line of products is It's a 10. It is the best thing I have found for damaged hair.
