Just make sure that it's sulfate free and sodium free. It's healthier for your hair that way, so it can grow more easily instead of splitting.

Please, do yourself a favor and do some research on ingredients in shampoo that are bad for hair and then continue on and read the list of ingredients in mane n' tail. Then, if you have any sense at all I can assure you, you will either stop using it or never buy it.

As a trained licensed cosmetologist and hair stylist, I can tell you no shampoo you ever use will make your hair grow faster. The only thing you can do is use a shampoo that will not damage your hair. Personally, I like It's a 10 the best.
