My step sis told me the shirt and scarf just didnt look good with the leggings...they looked to dressed up compared to the leggings. Thanks girls!!:P

Yes but I think your shirt is way too baggy. I suggest putting a belt around it or wearing a different shirt.

I think that leggings can be used as pants honestly as long as your covered up enough :) cause to be honest with you leggings wouldn't look to good used as anything else. I think without the scarf and your hair down and wavy it would look great :)
