I think either taking Biotin or Cetaphil foaming face wash has broke me out. I normally have dry skin. The foaming face wash dried it out even moreee! I have been breaking out which is totally unusual for me! Then I used persa gel 10 for my pimples. Which dried it out to the point of it flaking off. Help! I would take a moisturizes face with a few pimples over this dry, flaky skin any day!

You should switch to a cream cleanser and make sure to use a toner afterwards too :) the body shop makes a vitamin E toner infused with rose water that is amazing for dry skin! Also, make sure to moisturize and I'm sure your skin will be back to normal soon! Drink lots and lots of water too! Good luck dear.

I use vitamin e oil mixed with a drop of tea tree oil on my skin. this is after I have washed my face with a glycerin bar and have cleansed with witch hazel rose water toner. only use a little bit of the oil cause a little goes a long way. I had to two dry patches on my face and a week later they were gone along with scarring that once settled around my cheeks. I use Johnson's and Johnson's lotion too the Shea butter for moisture.
