1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day mixed with warm water and honey for taste. Coconut oil as a deep conditioner once a week, massaged into scalp well. Prenatal vitamins have always worked for me, too. Don't forget to trim your hair once a month.

Ceci - yes, you drink it. You can also massage it into your scalp. This is a popular remedy for hair loss and really does work in my experience. It's recommended you use organic. Bragg's is the best known brand to make this.

Biotin, Sulfate free shampoo & conditioner, wash & rinse your hair in COLD water ONLY, and don't wash every day. For the frizziness I suggest argan oil. :) I have a video on my YT channel explaining in detail how I grew my hair out quickly and the exact hair products I've been using. Hope something eventually works for you!!! :)

Hang your head of the edge of your couch and brush it, the blood flow helps to grow your hair I do it all the time when I watch tv and my hair frowns like a once or two every two weeks I love it. :)
