You could twist it up in a bun, or braid it and sleep on it so that when you wake up it's not as curly. You could also use a round brush and set your blow dryer to cool so you're "technically" not using heat, and run it through your hair.

Haha I feel ya girl, I look like a lion when I wake up in the morning too, I try to sleep in braids/plaits etc.and I still end up looking like a lion, just one with slightly less frizzy hair aha.
