It's Wednesday. I started getting this cold-sore on Monday. It's not noticeably huge, but I have been really insecure when people tend to talk to me now. And I have yearbook pictures this Friday. I already have been applying camfophinique (however you spell it) and abreva. The size has shrank, but I need it GONE.

Just because she got one cold sore doesn't mean she has herpes Megan.
I've gotten cold sore before, but I rarely get them.
So Hanna, don't worry. You probably don't have herpes unless you get cold sores all the time.
I don't know how to get rid of then sorry.

Zovirax little tube ten dollars chemist don't touch it or lick it or will not go away apply this every hour to clean spot with clean hands won't last 3 days and don't lick it!! if you wet it won't dry out and will manafest I get one every few months I don't have herpes I just get dirty around mouth lipstick etc.and will get one no biggie but yes is annoying. good luck hon xx

Abreva.! its expensive but it works in days!
I get them every once in a while from stress.
Everyone is different. But its not a disease.

It's definitely NOT herpes. And it's more of a genetic: people in my family get them all the time.
