I know Retin A helps reduce the appearance of scars, but it's very drying for the skin so you'd have to moisturize.

You can try neautrogena oil free acne wash scrub at a local drug store it worked for my sister! Depends on your skin type :] good luck.

When I had back acne and scars, I usually got rid of it with African Black Soap. Also make sure to exfoliate in the shower! I have an exfoliating hand glove thing to use in the shower when washing my body, this definitely helped getting rid of the scars. Also make sure the conditioner you use isn't making you break out on your back cause I made this mistake and found out it was the conditioner making me get bacne.
