Without surgery you can use peppermint or cinnamon oil, exfoliating them. And of course with makeup, you can use lip liner, or lip gloss, or light colored lipstick. Hope this helps :)

Do the lip injections its not surgery just needles and get the juvederm itll last you around 8months because your body absorbs it soo you have to keep getting it done.

-Use a lipliner on the perimeter of your lips
-When lining your lips, don't follow the line of your cupidsbow and make it go strqight above it like you don't hqve a cupidsbow
-apply lipstick (ombre makes an illusion of fuller lips)
-apply plumping lip gloss
-put some matte dark bronzer under the center area of your bottom lip (this will create the illusion of a shadow under your lips making your lips look naturally full and plump)
