Treat it with salycilic acid or benzoyl peroxide.. Google these two terms and find out how to use them
Buy a special anti inflammatory cream if you have something important soon...DO NOT TRY STUNTS with your skin, no matter what anyone says.. Ice cube may help temporarily but it won't cure the problem or even reduce the redness
