I cut my hair in October last year and I haven't cut it since and it's only grown maybe an inch and a half! Is there any way I can grow it out faster but still healthy? Please help.

To me, it sounds like its breaking just as fast as its growing. do you straighten your hair often? there's a lot of things that we do to our hair that causes breakage.

Don't worry my hair is like yours. ugh I feel your pain. just stay away from heat and massage coconut oil in your hair let it sit for an hout or longer then rinse it out. helpa a lot.

Uh, if you haven't even trimmed your hair in a year I'm not surprised. It's breaking off because you aren't caring for it by cutting the dead off.

Try argan oil, drinking lots of water, using a deep conditioning treatment once a week and cutting back on washing your hair to 1-2 times a week :)

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and dark green vegetables. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from Pro Naturals, that’s what helped me a lot.
