My hair grows really slow but I don't know the exact reason..I'm taking vitamins and help them with homemade masks.I use a flat iron almost everyday:$ I really don't know what to do..any ideas;thank you:)

Using a flat iron everyday will cause more damage and tht will slow your hair growth...deep condition treatments and trimming dead ends can help and you can do protective styles tht don't require heat like braids and buns.

Clearly all these girls are telling you not to use your flatiron which is defiantly going to help your hair become healthier and stronger. Substitute it with buns and braids like Vita M. said. Make sure when applying these styles to tuck in your ends. Throughout the day you hair can rub on your clothing and make it weak and break off. Use a deep conditional 1-2x a week. Oil will also help your hair become more nutritional. Try not to use a mask every night more like 2-3 times a week. When flat ironing use a heat protectant. As for a shower: wash your body everyday, but for you hair wash almost every other. Taking a shower every night may be making your hair become more dry or even oily. Hope this helped!

The flat iron everyday isnt slowing your hair growth, just causing damage to your hair. I'm not really sure, try using a different shampoo and conditioner? Good luck! x
