Dry shampoo for the sweat or baby powder works too! A messy bun will work, as the frizz will add to the affect!:-)

Curl it and then when you have cross country put it in a ponytail! Curly ponytails look soo pretty. Then, after practice put dry shampoo in your hair.

Braid your bangs then put your hair up in a pony tail or a bun. That's a cute and simple look :)

Braids are always an option and for a quick, easy look. Twists are also cute.

Do you have a relaxer or do you press your hair?

I relax my hair 1-2 times a year and press it out when I wash it

Add some pro naturals argan oil to your hair to keep it hydrated, the salt from perspiration dries hair out so this would be good protection. You can also use it for styling!

Mizani makes a line called therma smooth and it would be perfect for your hair. its a 4 step system that consists of shampoo, conditioner, a blow drying serum, and a flat iron spray. It extends your hair style longer even if you sweat. You can cheat and only use the last 2 steps and still get the same results. You can curl your hair and wear it however you want then when you are running just wrap your hair or pin curl (8 only) your hair then tie it down. it works like a charm.

Step 3 has oils in it so that will take care of your hair drying out after the sweat dries in your hair.
