I have damaged hair from bleaching. I finally went all over with my natural color but need help to get my hair back healthy. Most of my hair is getting there but the bang area is still damaged and growing slower than rest. I do use a flat iron on them...it is a must.

Welk... unfortunately, the truth is that you can't repair damaged hair... you could just make it look better by using mask, balms, etc... and when it will grow a little just cut.,..

When you use a flat iron use heat protected spray on your hair it makes your hair grow faster and makes it look healthy.

Try a fresh avocado mixed with coconut oil and leave it on your hair for 30 mins to an hour. Use saran wrap to wrap your hair while the mixture is on and also a warm towl. You can use a plastic cap as well but saran is better. Do it once a week and you start to see a major difference in your hair.

Definitely invest in an excellent hair mask and treatment products. I love Kerastase products, they are worth the money! Green is for strength and protein and the white and orange one is excellent for adding moisture. Oils used for cooking may dry out your hair because they can build up in your hair strand preventing other products to work.

I definitely recommend using a treatment called pro naturals hair repair system, it's for dry, damaged and coloured hair so it will probably work for you. Also, get your hair trimmed regularly!
