So basically everyone knows that "mane n tail" shampoo is suppose to make your hair really long. I never tried it before and I'm not sure if I want to... Will it damage my hair at all? Does it really work? I'd rather have healthy hair that stays the same length than long hair that's damaged.

No it won't damage your hair!! It shampoo!! If it would then everyone would sue the company!!
Yes it does work!! Helped my hair grow like 4inches in I don't know about 5 monthes (I shower every 2 days) everyones hair growth is different!!
