Mane n tail shampoo is supposed to thicken your hair and I can vouch for that because I use it, even though my hair is already pretty thick. Also there was this shampoo I once use called like big hair or fat hair or something and it was in a skinny red bottle and it made my hair soooo thick so you should definitely try one of those out.

I like andalou naturals thickening hair treatment line(don't know the exact name). There's a shampoo, conditioner and treatment oil. I already have super thick hair but I think it gives more volume and becomes thicker/stronger. It's also organic/natural so there's no harsh ingredients.

You can't change your hair type (wish we could) but you can use products to make it appear thicker. A layered cut will also make it look thicker and fuller :)
