I think it's the brushes you guys are using the only brushes I own that shed are my elf brushes and that's because they're cheapos.

My kabuki one is like 16 years old but my quo powder brush is only 3 months

Could be:
- brushes to old
- cheap brushes tend to shed LOTS as they are cheap :/
- could be you cleaning to hard or there water damaged at the bristles
- may be drying them wrong (causes water damage)
