I'm African-American and my hair is shoulder length. I was wondering if the Mane n Tail shampoo would make my hair grow? I heard it made others hair grow but I wasn't really sure if it'd work on mine. And how often do you think I should wash my hair? Thanks. ❤

I used it and it worked for ma, about 4 inches in 5 months which is amazing! My hair is pretty thin so this shampoo dried it out pretty bad, so if this happens to you, just use coconut oil or argan oil as a conditioner along with it. Results are different with everybody- if your hair naturally grows slow then don't expect a miracle! I washed with it like how I would normal shampoo- every other day, unless you're particularly sweaty or dirty a certain day. :)

I'd try the conditioner along with the shampoo. It's supposed to be moisturizing.

Mane & tail worked for my hair its all I used and my hair grew 10 inches in 5 months I also avoided sleeping in ponytails because it caused my ends to break so when I Finnish washing my hair I just put.some pink lotion in it and kept it moisturized.but you don't have to use pink.lotion use anything to keep your hair moist but don't over do it!
