I think I see what you're going for when you say "mexican gangster" haha. do high waisted leggings, big hoop earrings, hair up in a bandana, fake lashes and crazy drawn on eyebrows, then a bralette like the one you have on with a sleeveless denim vest or flannel tied. maybe some red lips? hope I have the right idea in mind lol!

Since when have cholas been known to wear booty white girl shorts? Thats the most obvious issue with this. Go baggy with the pants. Do winged liner. Wear a brown lipliner with no lipstick. Pencil in skinny eyebrows. and lastly wear the hoop earrings and you are golden!
