Makeup Starter Kit Trouble.

I have 75 pound to spend on makeup including brushes and some sort of storage.
I'm 14 I wear mascara,foundation and lip gloss and fill in the tails of my brows.I have school every day (I'm in high school year 10) and I've tried lipstick before and it was a bright pink and I honestly don't know why my friends or family didn't tell me it was a bad look. I have hazel eyes and tried eyeshadows they made my eyes pop and I get compliments also I've got compliments when I wore blue eyeliner in my water line from adults not going to lie I was pretty happy with myself haha,but is there any makeup kits online or certain colours or types of brushes you can recommend for me to start building my makeup set? I don't really think a bronzer or blusher is needed for my skin as I'm mixed race and I don't think it will look good.

Ebay has great makeup brush sets for cheap like a set of 25 brushes (there's a brush for almost everything for like 20 dollars). or e.l.f (eyes lips face) has a lot of decent makeup for as cheap as a dollar! not sure how that converts to in quid.. but its cheap you can find them at target.. even sephora online in the clearance section has really good deals or in stores even sometimes. it can end up being cheaper than drug store brands and obviously a better quality.

You can eye shadow pallets off ebay as well for pretty cheap I'm not sure of the quality. but around christmas time e.l.f seems to put out palettes for about the same price but if you can find them in the store you can save some on shipping..

Also I always avoid lipstick because my lips are very thin and I just look like a goon.. have you tried just a lip liner? lol sorry so many posts I went to school for cosmetology and makeup is my passion.

I have quite plump lips if that the correct term I was looking on elf the other day and saw some things that look good and the mua website as well,and what makeup storage do you recommend,and the posts are alright the more I can be told the better,thank you :)
