I'm a thicker girl too and I know what a drag it can be to find something to wear but I think I found one especially if you liked the first pic chelsea showed you..go to debshop.com and in the search type in. Plus size chevron sequin strapless dress with circle belt. it should pop up... and there's plenty of dresses to choose from hope this helps hope your sweet 16 turns out awesome.

Try to to wear stuff thats loose from the chest down it just makes you look bigger trust I'm a big girl too lol something sparkly an pink would look beautiful makeup wise go natural something soft not to much and I'm not sure about curling your hair but you can try it, I have found if makes my face look fatter lol but hey everyones different =D celebrate it in your favorite restaurant with the closest people to you if your not making a party =D congrats.
