Bye close, I'm assuming you mean clothes, so to dress you little sister, I'd go with some cool dress pants, and white button up shirt, and a scarf of tie of some sort!

Or, if it is more her style, try a dress that is a bit more flowy (unless you want to show off her skinniness!) and pair it with a beanie in colors that match the dress, some tights, a cardigan, and some booties! Hope this helps!
