You'll have to get a purple coloured shampoo and conditioner as purple cancels and helps get rid of the orange!! Maybe retouch them first!

Don't tone that colour as it'll do nothing, you'll need to lighten it a bit more before you can tone it. Green based toners are better for cancelling out oranges like this but I've never found a green based toner before.

Shayne your wrong it is purple that cancels out orange/yellow.. Green actually cancels out red :) hairdresser of 7 years xxx
