Hairstyle/cuts suggestions please?

My hair is layered, quite thin, naturally straight and goes down just past my collarbone.
I usually just wear it like it is in the picture.

I'm getting quite bored with it though and it's starting to get really windy, so I would rather not have my hair blow everywhere.
What sort of hairstyles or haircuts do you think would look good on me? Thanks :')

A haircut that would look good on you I think would be full forehead bangs but if you don't want to have it in your face cuz of the wind ( I fully understand you about that) you can cut it like the old haircut of victoria beckam.
