The only way to fix that is to blowdry it straight or grow it past shoulder length (assuming its at that length which majority or hair that flicks out it)

Straighten it the night before you want your hair straight then redo it in the morning also buy bed head hair spray it is the best I've found

Try a anti frizz serum and hairspray maybe? I'm not too sure as I've never had this problem. Also, you could try straightening cream!☺
