My underarms have dark underneath and when I shave all my hair doesn't come off I do change my raser blade and I wanna to have lighter hair any ideas how I get lighter hair underneath or something to get rid of my darkness.

Use a deodorant that takes away the darkness.

My friend has the same problem and she uses a deodorant (like Ana said) by Dove and she says its been helping her a lot with dark underarms.
