Theyre not wrinkles. Theyre creases in her skin created by her eye shape. You can't get rid of them but sometimes concealer can settle and emphasize it so always set with powder and moisturize before.

I have the same thing. I feel like mine are worse though. I'm 19 and have always have them. I just leave them alone. I try not to put make up there cause some times it can make them look worse. For me anyways.

I don't thibk they're creases but if you want you could start using eye cream and don't pull the skin under your eyes its about 10x more delicate than the skin on your entire face. :)

She's a professional model and she has those light creases, so I would say don't worry about it! It's just your eye shape. Skin needs to move around be be flexible, so sometimes creasing happens.
