Neutering "polish" - what do you use?

Sometimes you just need to give your nails a break from the polish (sad face)! I use this neutering base coat from Essie to neuter my nails! What do you girls use?

I use Avon's brittle nail dissolver its so great and nails look so shindy and smooth I'm currently having a break from polish to :)

It sucks right ;) I'm only taking a break until Friday, but it still suckes!!

I never head about that brand :) I will see if they got it in my country :)
