Lenghtening Mascara Suggestions??

I'm looking for a great lengthening mascara! A product that won't make my lashes stick together like spider legs x.x
A product that comes in regular or waterproof; if the product has two types that would be great too! Oh and a lengthening mascara that I can get from local stores like target or dollar stores. Thanks! :)

Maybelline Rocket Blast mascara. I don't remember the name exactly, but I don't recommend the maybelline mega plush.
