So I get really confused between the three. What are they mostly used for and which should you apply first?

You would do concealer first to cover up and spots or dark circles and then foundation after that to make a smooth even skin tone and then setting powder to set the foundation and make it not shiny.

Foundation is used to even your skin tone and cover any marks or redness. Then concealer under the eyes to get rid of dark circles and put on any blemishes or marks and then setting powder to mattify and make sure the makeup stays in place

Liquid Foundation, concealer, setting powder, in the order. If you apply concealer first, when you apply foundation after it will move the concealer around defeating the purpose. you set when your finished to make sure it stays in place.
If your using powder foundation, you do concealer first, then powder. No setting powder needed.
Hope that helps!
