What to wear with Sailor Moon tights?

So I bought these tights at Anime USA [an anime convention] 'cause I love 'em. But I have no idea what to wear with them. I've never bought patterned tights before [only solid colors] and I've never bought them with the intent of wearing them as pants opposed to under a dress or something. So feedback/suggestions would be appreciated!

A long white or black shirt would work :) like a boyfriend tee I think they're called.

I agree with lyxy. A plain shirt would look best so you aren't overwhelmed with patterns. And maybe some black boots.
