A good face scrub. I make my own. Coconut oil is my staple. It moisturizes and mixing it with sugar makes for a great scrub.

You can also use the elf zit zapper, I use it for little break outs, it reduces. The size and redness of pimples pretty well. Or you can always use the gel from an Advil gel pill.

Try using green tea (like actual green tea, in a teabag, cut it open) and mix it with a creme facial cleanser (like noxema) and leave it on your face for like 5 mins. rinse, tone, moisturize... it helps a lot!
